Bespoke corporate website for Lands Improvement
Lands Improvement is a strategic land planning and development company which acquires greenfield and brownfield land and prepares it for residential development. Greenwich Design won a pitch to revamp their website, which needed a full redesign including a new look and feel, a more intuitive interface and search-engine friendly content. The brief was to deliver a fresh, modern website that would give this long-established company a bold, contemporary image, reflecting its new brand values and messaging.

What we did
The first challenge was to bring Lands Improvement’s brand story to life through the design, educating their audience about who they are and why they should be chosen over competitors. Lands Improvement’s values, ethos and positioning as a developer that cares about the environment and the spaces they create were brought to the forefront. Our digital team worked hard to improve the customer journey with easier navigation and clearer calls to action.
What happened
The result is a much improved user experience and a website that now reflects the brand’s values clearly. Specific calls to actions, like a subscription button, are helping to support a strong sales pipeline. The website now has the foundations in place to generate a stronger organic search presence through keywords and Google rankings, with the potential to attract new inquiries and substantially increase lead generation.
